Tile Topographies II: Tables marks an exploration into functional art. Building on the original Tile Topographies works, we transformed the artworks into tables by setting each composition beneath a suspended sheet of glass, supported by bright red steel legs.

Made and assembled by hand, this series investigates how our tile works inhabit space. Exploring tiles as part of a long-standing vernacular aesthetic of place and function, we examine how artworks are reverted to functional objects.
